Schelle von Hinterland, SchH1, CD, CDX, HIC, PT, AD, BH, TC, CGC, GSDCA 13 (DL331077/01), is OFA Good (GS-31295G41F-T). Schelle is a second-generation Hinterland bitch. She is a sister to Katrina and Roxie (from a repeat breeding).
Her Sire is "KK1 V-rated Lbz. Valley Oak's Kondor of Arelee, BH, AD, SchH1, HT, CD, CDX, CACIB, CGC," OFA, vWd neg, American Champion Pointed (9 points), and has a sister, "Valetta", that finished her American Championship at 10 years of age.
Her Dam is Hinterland's "Maxine von Holt, BH, CD, CDX, HT, TC, CGC, RTD Int'l." OFA Good (H & E), vWd neg, Eyes Certified.

We bred Schelle to Alex vom Nord Rasen in 1993. From Shelle's litter, born in August, we kept Ally.
In 1994, we bred Schelle to Gonzo von Rotesfeld. From Schelle's litter, born in December 1994, we kept Lena.
Schelle has been an extraordinary animal from the beginning. Always more than willing to please, eager, gamey, competitive, and in general, a dog for all reasons. She has earned her German titles of BH, AD, and Sch 1 with a Pronounced in protection. She is a natural on the track. Her jumping ability and form is excellent. She has high ball drive and enjoys the retrieve. She earned her AKC CD and CDX (with multiple placements) in combination with the Schutzhund titles in less than 8 months. Schelle produces her drives, good temperament, competitiveness, and loyalty in her progeny. She has been a wonderful companion and friend. She is truly an excellent specimen of the breed.
Schelle is, at 12 years of age, still running amuck on our ranch, bossing everyone around, including the herds of deer on our neighboring mountains. She is a tad bit slower, but has not lost her "pack status", and we are finding she is in need of a hearing aid on selective occasions.
